Great western style location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fantastic service from hospitable and knowledgeable staff who offered us brilliant horseback riding tours and delicious family-style meals every day.
The room heating was faulty, which meant we had an uncomfortably cold first night. the housekeeping staff was not very attentive, forgetting to replace coffee pods and leaving us to fend for ourselves.

Nice scenery and good amenities available. The spacious rooms offer comfortable beds and a nice view. The location is quiet and near many dining options.
The service needs to improve. The communication was poor and the check-in process was slow and frustrating.

We enjoyed the authentic and historic ambiance of the hotel and its facilities. The pool area and courtyards were well-maintained, and we loved the various activities offered like cowboy poetry and cattle herding demonstrations. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodated our dietary restrictions with a great vegan and gluten-free meal. Breakfast was included and delicious.
Nothing it was perfect.
